Start/ Stop Lama

1) Start and Stop: Menu -> Lama -> Start/Stop (alternative: Command Lama_StartStop)

2) Stop only: Close LamaPanel

Result:

Start	Lama Panel is displayed.
Stop	Lama Panel is hidden.

For developers: When the LamaPanel is stopped, the ActiveLamaData is set to null.
