Activate layers

The layers of a LamaTable can be set active/inactive by clicking on the colorized rectangle next to the table name.

+ ElementTable: Layer refers to a childlayer of the layer "Element" (table name)

+ LayerTable: Layers refer to childlayer of the layer "Lama" (table name) and further childlayers (table rows)

When a layer is inactive, it is not displayed in the dropdown box in the Panel.
